Anchor Home Watch Commander service provides weekly or bi-weekly reporting for your absentee home utilizing a 25-point check list. We monitor the interior and exterior of your home to identify compromised conditions due to weather, break in or general aging. Reporting is tracked by GPS software providing assurance of service and proof for your insurance company.
Captain
Building upon the Commander level this weekly or bi-weekly service also includes annual battery refresh for smoke detectors and light bulb replacement (bulbs excluded). Additional concierge services enjoy a 10% discount. See concierge page for a comprehensive list of services.
admiral
The highest level of attention for your vacant home with weekly and bi-weekly options. In addition to smoke detector battery and light bulb replacement (bulbs excluded) the Admiral service also includes quarterly air filter exchange (filters excluded).
